In buying the place she was short, abrupt and not very helpful or pleasant to deal with. Some things listed in the add weren’t correct and she constantly spelt our names wrong in communication. Didn’t want to give much info about another property we were interested in that she was selling, but didn’t want to pass us onto another agent to help. Not a nice experience at all.

We met her at one of the many properties, we planned to see. We were looking for a holiday house with potential, one day, as being our home. Quickly identifying what we were seeking and despite holding an open house earlier in the day, Jo took us to view a property, that we finally purchased and went out of her way the next day, allowing us to have another look. Jo was quick to respond to communications and is always a pleasure to speak to over the phone and in person. She pointed out solutions to short comings and showed us the benefit of being in the community, who rally around each other when in need. I once referred to Jo as 'the lovely JO' and was corrected by return email to use 'the YOUNG JO', so maybe she had just had some milestone birthday and was pushing back the years? Anyhow we visited a number of her open houses conducted on a Saturday at Bawley Point and Kioloa and absolutely loved her manner of presentation and honest approach to describing the benefits of each property (she clearly had done her homework and new what she was talking about).
