Tracey has now helped me twice in the past year or so and has been so understanding helping me to organize two interstate relocations. Tracey shows great respect to my age and informed me appropriately and didn't mind keeping my family up to date as well. Thanks for a smooth transaction yet again.

Jo understood us as sellers straight away and gave helpful advice and support even prior to going on the market. She is very knowledgable of the area, who the buyers are and how to get the best sale price. We had a relatively stress-free experience with the sale of our property, where we could trust Jo was working to ensure we sold for the price we wanted.

The whole transaction was straightforward and easy. Jo was very helpful when we had queries and provided the answers without delay. As a communication "bridge" between the vendors and us, Jo made sure we were able to find out what we needed so that shifting in would be as smooth as possible. We're very happy with the service Jo was able to deliver and give her 10/10.
