Our recent selling experience was one of mixed emotions with the selling price slightly lower - though within the market appraisal - due to market conditions not being as they once were. However at all times Tracey had been in contact with us, keeping us informed of how the regular open houses had proceeded and what aspects of the property were and were not of interest to buyers. The property was always secured afterwards and I personally found her to be honest and upfront with all angles of the sale. I would definitely recommend both her company and herself for any future real estate ventures.

Jo is not just a "Real Estate Agent". In terms of market knowledge, people skills and imagination, I think it fair to say she is the ultimate local advertisement for living in Bawley Point. We just exchanged contracts on a property through Jo last week. Had it not been for her perseverance and foresight, (the vendor's solicitors had not done their job properly in our opinion), the sale would likely not have gone ahead.
