At every stage she kept me informed in terms I felt comfortable with (as my husband was away I was handling the Sale solo so this was an important factor) Nothing was an imposition and she made it clear I could call her at any time with concerns or questions (which I did!) I was also super impressed with the quality and quantity of marketing media: online, video, drone shots etc all of which was updated according to the response received. My husband and I have sold many properties and we would not heatitate to use Tini and her team for our future endeavours based completely on the experience and the level of service we enjoyed.

Tini assisted us in ways beyond those you would normally associate with an agent. We were transitioning our mother into aged care and all live interstate or overseas. Tini maintained regular contact, was proactive in advising on the redecorating of the unit, organised trades and assisted in access to the property. Most importantly, Tini used her experience when an initial offer did not eventuate, which enabled us to sell with better conditions within 2 weeks of the first offer falling through. I found Tini and the team from Bellcourt great to deal with. Tini always replied to my enquires promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge of the property was very helpful when carrying out our final inspection. Although certain items on the contract were not completed by the previous owners by takeover , Tini arranged to have it all completed before we moved in .
