Couldn't have been easier!
Kirk was great to deal with through the whole process, from the home open all the way through to settlement. He was helpful and communicative. When an issue arose in the last few days before settlement it was quickly sorted and everything went smoothly. We were very pleased with how easy and stress-free it all was. We would definitely recommend Kirk.

Efficient and responsive
Harry was our agent for buying our first home. He was really good with explaining each step (at times that suited our crazy work schedules) and got us into a beautiful character home that we are really happy with. It will be nice to bump into harry at the local cafes!

Fantastic agent
Harry Davies is a friend from school who I have know for a very long time. When our house went oonto the market we decided to use harry who I could trust as both a friend and a professional. His experties and communication made for a very quick sale that honestly surprised us all. As we are living in denmark, the close monitoring of the property was aforseeable problem; due to the excellent communication, and with the aide of technology, we were practically there every step of the way. There are certain things that you would expect from an agent, for example you would expect him to organise and attend a home open once a week, but we whitnessed harry attend 3 a week in some cases which was actually the reason we landed the actual buyer! In addition, letter drops were done prior to selling and after selling to notify residents, firstly that there was a house for sale and if they had friends or family interested, and secondly, to give them information on some new residents to the area. It is work like this that not only helps the client but helps the buyers and the community. After knowing him for a very long time I can say that he is an excellent and integral friend and professional. Thank you harry!

Convincing Agent
Very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. Smart negotiator and pretty convincing by offering numerous solutions to ensure deal closes. Can be hard to get a hold of but that could he said of all agents. Overall very happy with our decision and Kirk's help in reaching this conclusion.
