As an expat buyer I had been on the hunt for 4-5 months and had often reached out to agents via email or WhatsApp. I was amazed by how many of them just didn't bother to entertain written correspondence. I was commonly sent generic "give me a call" email replies, often completely ignored and even once told that my WhatsApp messages were presumed spam. As an expat in a different time zone I am not able to ring the world for a chitchat. Fortunately for the seller of this property he had Nick representing him. Nick was available on all channels and very communicative. He always had time to answer my questions (a lot of questions) and, although I am in a different time zone, replied in a timely manner and treated me as the serious buyer I turned out to be. I dread to think how many sellers have missed out on a better price simply because their agent doesn't read emails. Well done Nick and thankyou for your time spent helping me secure this property.
