His energy and astute marketing and negotiation skills resulted in an excellent track record within Compass Group, however Ludovic’s driving passion for real estate eventually forced him to make a career change. NICK IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS

Nick is undoubtedly the best agent. He has now helped us buy and sell 5 properties for both investment purposes and as our homes. His level of professionalism is always exceptional. COMPLETELY HONEST

Nick was completely honest and worked to get a resolution for both us as sellers and the buyer. The sale was initiated at a very difficult time, change of government and adverse publicity on intertest rates but still he achieved what I feel was a fair price not only for us but the buyer.

EXCELLENT SALE OF MY ROBINA PROPERTY

WAS A VERY QUICK SALE WHICH SOLD PRIOR TO AUCTION. LUDOVIC WAS EXTREMELY PRO-ACTIVE AND IN CONTINUAL CONTACT WITH MYSELF KEEPING ME UPDATED ON THE PROCESS OF SELLING MY PROPERTY. I WILL ALWAYS USE LUDOVIC FOR ANY PROPERTY SALES I MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE
