Besim comms style was professional and provided succinct details and information. He provided weekly REA and Domain pdf stats which assisted in our understanding of how the marketing was tracking. He was always eager to help us, even to the extent of offering to let folks in to pick up items of furniture we were selling post auction. He was personable, always available, his enthusiasm and good humour kept us satisfied that Bessim was doing is very best to get the result we wanted. His advice on what the buyers were saying was very helpful, and his frankness on possibilities of potential buyers to purchase provided us with a sense of calm knowing Besim was doing everything needed to get our good result,

I was very impressed with David Wood and Will Wood. They were both professional, experienced and friendly at all times. They answered all my questions and acted so quickly if I needed them to change something on the advertising eg. to increase the estimate etc. David was very hands on from the beginning offering advice about the advertising, the photos, styling, the details of presentation etc. I thank him and his copy writer and photographer for all their work but especially David and Will for working tirelessly over 12 inspections and on Auction to bring in an awesome result for me and my family. I always felt I was in good hands when I engaged David and Will Wood to sell my property.

Being a FIRST time property purchaser, Besim was patient and understanding to my many queries and requests. Nothing was too much trouble which I really appreciated. In comparison to other agents I came across in my search for my property, he was definitely one of the friendliest. What was so lovely of him was, he always made the time (and went out of his way) to open the property up for myself on numerous occasions so I could tend to attaining quotes for trade related deliverables and even recently so my elderly parents could come and view my new home before settlement. He also respected my concerns regarding COVID and did what he could to ensure I felt comfortable and safe when inspecting the property and moving through common property areas.
