Besim went above and beyond for me! As a first home buyer, I had many questions and Besim was so great with answering them and making me feel comfortable! Even after I bought the property, he still answered my questions and facilitated an easy settlement. Really was a fantastic experience from inspection to picking up the keys. Thanks Besim!!

From start to finish, Besim was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely patient and persistent with a difficult buyer, and converted it into the sale. He chased down every lead and consulted at every step, and was so helpful with preparation and setup of the property. Very happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to highly recommend Besim.

David provided excellent service. He kept us fully informed at all times. David adopted a realistic approach to the price-setting process and did not try to “over cook” the possible outcomes. The fact that the final result exceeded even our most optimistic projections was a tribute to he and the Belle team in their work to bring interested parties to the auction. We sought proposals originally from three Agents. Belle were the most expensive but we were most comfortable with David’s approach - we feel vindicated that we made the best choice. My experience for a first up online Zoom...
My experience for a first up online Zoom Auction due to CoVid restrictions caused some anxiety and I would have preferred if the people I was bidding against were made to have their camera on whilst placing their bids!! Otherwise the experience was OK and I ended up the winning bidder.
