Anastasia has been managing my property for a number of years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Leaving my Sydney home to move to Canberra for work was made so much easier by Anastasia, she managed everything, finding great tenants, organising tradespeople and doing everything required to ensure a smooth transition for both me and my tenants. Anastasia anticipates every problem and doesn't contact me without offering a cost effective solution - and then organises it all promptly and professionally, all whilst keeping the tenants happy. As well as managing the property expertly, she keeps me up to date with all payments and costs, providing a monthly electronic statement which she emails as well as giving me the option to access all my relevant records online. I can't recommend Anastasia highly enough - she is always available, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am entirely comfortable leaving the management of my home in Anastasia's hands - she does everything I expect and much, much more.
