Simone at Belle Annandale was professional, efficient and always available in a tireless effort to get the best result for my property. She has all the qualities I as a seller was hoping for in someone entrusted to sell my house and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Our experience to date has been first class. We were shown the property in a very professional manner and the lack of obvious pressure was refreshing. On my second visit to the property, my wife attended and she was impressed with the way Ralph Daher put her at ease with his quiet manner and strong knowledge. We were both sold on the property and proceeded to exchange sale contracts the same day. Thanks Ray & Astrid Spratt

Simone and her team, Ralph and Jonathan are warm, friendly agents with a non-pushy approach to selling. They were helpful with questions and organising private viewings of the property and were quite transparent throughout the buying process. We are very happy with our result.

We had a wonderful experience with Simone and Ralph and would highly recommend them to others. They are a fantastic team and truly excelled in every area - they had a strong work ethic and were always really responsive and communicative at every stage of the process, they had excellent strategic insights and a smart sale plan, they never backed away from their commitments or promised what they couldn’t deliver, they jumped on board with our ambitious timeframe and had excellent contacts in the industry who enabled us to style and repair our home extremely efficiently ahead of sale, and they obtained a strikingly good sale price for our home that was well above market in a tricky environment for sellers. We loved the journey with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had met Simone when considering another property and she understood our requirements. We have never put in a pre auction bid on a property before and we were somewhat reluctant to do so when there was a pre auction offer from another party. Simone was very helpful in this process and fortunately we were the successful purchasers.

From the initial appraisal, to a styling brief and execution we couldn’t have imagined, to completing the sale in what we thought was an uncertain market, Simone and Ralph communicated clearly and consistent with us, guiding us through any nervous moments, and leading us to a great result. We felt like their only client throughout the whole process as they went out of their way answer all questions and explain any challenging details. We cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you Simone and Ralph

From our first meeting, I felt extremely comfortable with Simone and Ralph. Simone and her team were extremely professional. Simone guided me every step of the way, reassured me and supported me, through the whole process of the sale of my beloved Family Home. When I needed extra support, Simone was always there and great communication throughout the process. The whole team were professional, supportive, genuine and friendly. I'm truly happy with my decision to go with Simone and the wonderful Belle team in Annandale. Simone, Ralph are now part of my Tribe 🫶 forever grateful.

We would highly recommend Belle Annandale for any future property sale in the Inner West. Robert and his team were highly professional and effectively guided us through the sale process by making informed recommendations on how to prepare, style and market the property. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our sale.
