We have had a delightful experience with Simone. From the absolute beginning Simone was spot on with her advise and support of the sale of our family home. Selling our home for the first time in 43 years was an emotional experience for us and took quite some time to get us organised. Simone market estimate was spot on, her creative ideas on how to sell and what was need was exact. Our property sold in the time frame that was estimate even though the climate had changed considerable. If you are looking to sell in the Inner West I couldn't recommend Simone enough.
