Simone’s handling of the end to end process of our house sale was amazing. Simone assisted with the tenant handover, advised us on the cosmetic improvements to ensure the house appealed to the right buyers as well as project managed this entire process. We achieved a fantastic outcome and was so impressed with Simone’s expertise we even engaged her to assist us with the purchase of our new home on Northern Beaches. Again Simone proved her immense value by helping us to negotiate and land a fantastic home off market. I have worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years - Simone is one of the best I’ve seen!

Simone was warm and professional. She took the time to understand our needs and then took the reigns making the sale of our property seamless. We are really happy with the result … now we can go on to find the next property for our family knowing Simone helped us to get the best price we could in the current market. Would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Michael ran a very well coordinated and professional campaign for the marketing and auction of my property. He has a very caring and amenable nature, and is highly organised and focused. His communication skills and professionalism are second to none. Throughout the campaign, he was always one step ahead of everything, confirming he has a vast knowledge of the industry and the market. Michael’s excellent interpersonal skills, situation awareness and integrity gave me a great sense of reassurance in knowing that I was in the right hands. All the staff at Belle Annandale were lovely to deal with and the whole campaign was run seamlessly. I had an excellent result on auction day and have no hesitation in recommending Michael to anyone considering engaging him to sell their property. Regards Peter Murphy

Liaised with Simone after a property inspection. Went through the process of offer and acceptance and then contract exchange, and all that it entails , without any delays, games or hiccups. Simone and her team (Joseph) made the process easy and straightforward and eliminated any of the commonly perceived REA antics. Absolute pleasure to do business with. Thanks

Bec Duncan provided excellent service, enabling us to visit the property a number of times for inspections for builders, pest inspectors and for the family. All done with a smile in the middle of COVID. The communications throughout were also smooth and professional. We are delighted with our purchase and the process. Thanks Bec!

Simone was fantastic. Switched on and knowing our needs from the start. At the same time she wasn’t pushy or demanding, always had time for any questions and provided great feedback and updates throughout. Delivered a great result also, would strongly recommend.

We purchased our first home with Michael and had such a good experience that we knew he was the one to help us sell when it was time to move on. Michael was very generous in giving us his time and expert knowledge and worked with us to tailor a sales strategy that would target the right buyer for our home while also minimising disruption for our large family during the opens. We sold our house in a week and got a result that exceeded our expectations. He is always calm, patient, knowledgeable and professional and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Thankyou Michael!
