Upon purchasing a new home the day prior to lockdown, we needed to sell our existing house, we chose Simone as we have bought and sold with her several times over the last ten years and trust her, her market knowledge and her rapport with potential buyers. Given the restrictions both Simone & I worked tirelessly, with me cleaning the house almost daily and Simon organising private inspections almost daily! Simone's enthusiasm & commitment never waned and we accepted an offer two days prior to auction. In what was very difficult circumstances, she produced a stellar result for us.

We dealt with Rebecca Duncan for the purchase of an off market property. She was approachable, accomodating and forthcoming with information. Rebecca also was very prompt in her responses, which made the whole process a bit less stressful. Thanks Rebecca!

We found Simone from the great reviews on this website and she definitely lived up to them. Simone project managed and directed the whole process for us, from assessing and getting the property ready for sale with renovations, coordinating styling, to the sale - at the price we wanted! Simone really went above and beyond our expectations and was so helpful to us. Thank you Simone!

Simone is an absolute delight to work with. I was so impressed with her dedicated approach and the manner in which she went beyond my expectations to make my buying process easier, that I instinctively offered her my property to sell. What a Great Experience. Many thanks again.

As someone who works in the real estate industry and has bought and sold property many times, I can confidently say that Simone is an excellent agent and would be an asset to any seller looking for transparency and great results. Simone kept her seller’s interest at heart whilst also allowing a fair and equitable transaction to take place. Her knowledge of the local area and local market was extensive and helped us to make our decision to buy the home. Most importantly, Simone helped us to reconcile the few minor objections we had with the home and that was ultimately what got the sale across the line. It’s rare to find an agent that can keep both buyer and seller happy when a premium price is achieved. Well done Simone!

Robert and his team achieved a great result for my house sale. Well in excess of what I thought could be achieved. I highly recommend Robert and the team from Belle Property Annandale

Our experience with Simone was excellent. We had a really great feeling about the home as soon as we walked through the door and by the end of our inspection were convinced that it was the one for us. Simone was very transparent about the process and what was important to the vendors; this really helped with our offer making process and really enabled us to get a deal done quickly - no mucking around! Would be very happy to deal with Simone again and will certainly be going back to her if we decide to sell in the future.
