We met a number of agents in our area and Michael stood out from the first meeting. As well as being incredibly experienced and professional most important was that he was human, hegenuinely listened, understood and cared about who we were and what we wanted. The entire process was handled seamlessly with as little disruption to our hectic family life going on in the background. The auction was handled with a high level of integrity, there was no bullying or rushing or unnecessary heavy handed tactics. In the end we got a great result with both parties being happy in the end. The auction had a large group of a great vendors who had been managed well and were not there to waste time.
