It was absolute pleasure dealing with Rob when selling my property from start to finish. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the area of Annandale and my building with gave me confidence in his expertise. Rob gave great advice on areas that would improve the property which I followed and it sold at auction well above reserve. There was always open communication and honesty which I appreciated. Would highly recommend Rob!

We recently purchased a property where Rebecca was the selling agent. Rebecca is honest, straight talking and always available to help. I’ve yet to come across someone so hard working. Even well after the sale Rebecca makes herself available to help and seems genuinely interested in us settling into our new house. I genuinely believe Rebecca created a win:win outcome for both vendor and buyer!

Simone is an expert in the Leichhardt market and knows what she's doing when it comes to selling. Simone organised repairs to the house, negotiate access with the tenants and navigated a number of challenges, going over and above to get the job done - which was a great value add to me selling from interstate. And now post sale, she's still working with me to wrap up loose ends. She kept me informed all the way through the process and was always available when I reached out - even on her holidays. Simone is very straight up and transparent in her approach and was the consummate professional in all of our dealings. Highly recommended!

Simone did a terrific job marketing my unit, and helped manage a difficult sale. She and Joseph went above and beyond to secure the sale and help walk me through the entire process.

We approached Rebecca to sell our apartment after undertaking a lengthy sales campaign that was unsuccessful with another agent. We were extremely stressed when we contacted Rebecca and she immediately put our minds at ease. Rebecca presented us with a professional submission for our consideration that included a realistic price guide, a clear strategy for the sale and a project plan for the campaign. Her attention to detail ensured that we were ready to advertise our apartment within a week. She exceeded our expectations even before we went to market! Rebecca recommended an exceptional property stylist and photographer and it was clear that they also have great respect for her and as a result prioritise her clients. We followed her advice regarding the marketing campaign in order to achieve a successful sale within one month of engaging her. Rebecca’s communication is second to none and she gave us daily and weekly updates as well as answering our emails, calls and messages promptly throughout the campaign. She made what had been an overwhelming process completely painless. Rebecca brought professionalism, dedication, passion and integrity to every aspect of her dealings with us. She is friendly, enthusiastic and a fantastic ambassador for the Belle Property brand. We highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking to sell your property. Thank you Rebecca, we are so grateful.
