"Robert , Michael and Madeleine were very dedicated to the sale of my home. I bought my home 10 years ago from Robert and knew then when the time came to sell I would engage Belle Property. Their marketing plan was excellent with regular updates. My home was displayed in an elegant and tasteful manner. on their online platforms. They were always available if I needed to discuss any issues. They know the area so well and were accurate in what was forecast. I would highly recommend them as agents to sell your home.

We chose Simone because we purchased our house off her and we had a positive experience. When we decided to sell our house she was our first and only agent we contacted. As we were away during the sale period she helped us with getting a stylist and setting up the house for the inspections. She gave us detailed feedback throughout the sale process which was invaluable. She provided upfront and honest advice throughout the sale process. We would recommend her for selling your home and also trust her if I was a purchaser.

Simone and her colleague Joseph Lombardo were a great team to buy from. We were able to get the deal done 2 days after first inspecting the house. This was due to their professionalism and their ability to negotiate the best outcome for both parties. It was a seamless process and I would recommend buying a house from Simone, Joesph, and the Belle property team.

Simone and Joseph are a powerhouse real estate team - from the minute they took the call to discuss selling my property in Haberfield, right through until settlement. Backed by years of experience, Simone calls it how it is while having a very natural and charismatic way with buyers. I chose to trust Simone with the sale of my property because I could see she had a genuine love for what she does, no corners were cut pulling together an incredible marketing campaign, she went above and beyond at open for inspections to ensure the home was impeccably presented and had a lot of patience constructing a deal for the sale post-auction.

Simone is a consummate professional and has excellent communication skills. She gave prompt replies to our (many) questions, which ultimately enabled the exchange late on a Friday night. I look forward to working with her and the team at Belle again soon. Richie Tramontana Associate Director Hunter James Buyers Agents
