In an uncertain time during Covid-19, Michael managed the successful sale of my home. He kept me updated with the rapidly changing market, provided individual inspections for each buyer in order to maintain social distancing requirements, was thorough with his communication ensuring the sale went smoothly and did it all with a smile.

Classy, professional, honest and results focused! Rob and his team really are a cut about the rest. The professionalism and industry knowledge displayed by Rob and his team really blew us away. Even during a global pandemic they still managed a fantastic result for us! Their extensive data base and access to out of area buyers was key to this successful sale, I don’t think we would have gotten that reach if we had gone anywhere else, thanks again !

We selected Simone to sell our property in an extremely uncertain market. However, Simone’s knowledge, experience and honesty were evident from our initial conversation. She very quickly gained our trust and has worked extremely hard to promote and sell our property. Despite a short lead in time she worked to a time frame that suited us. Simone is a true professional. She communicated with us in an open, transparent manner keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing and guiding to a result we were more than happy with. Simone made a potentially stressful experience pleasant and successful!

Simone was selected to assist us to sell our very unique property in a very uncertain market. From the outset her communications and strategy were clear. Due to the market conditions at the time, our strategy had to change mid campaign and she presented a well thought out plan B. To her credit the revised strategy generated the interest that led to the finalisation of the transaction just 1 day after the change! Simone's honest and logical approach along with her sincerity in guiding us during a pandemic was very reassuring. She was in constant communication with us throughout the process and this was appreciated. We highly recommend Simone if you are looking to sell. We now have our forever home thanks partly to Simone's hard work!

Selling a house during Covid-19 without the ability to have open homes or an auction created additional challenges for Robert, Michael and Madeleine. Undeterred, they secured the sale of my home within a couple of weeks. I would recommend Robert and his team to potential vendors looking for professionalism, communication and organisation from an agent.
