We initially rented our house out with Belle before selling with the support of Robert, Michael and Madeleine. The team were truly fabulous every step of the way - professional, responsive and able to guide us in a way that engendered confidence (even within a pandemic) and achieving a great result. So - hugely recommend this team!

Simone has sold 2 properties for me in Annandale & achieved a remarkable result in both instances. Simone has an eye for what buyers want & provided guidance on recommended works to ensure the property looked so great I considered not selling. Belle handled the whole process as I was having a baby during the campaign. I had a great deal of trust & I would highly recommend Simone to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Simone recently sold my house during challenging economic times caused by a global pandemic. Her warmth, expertise, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. During this time I experienced a death in the family and Simone went above and beyond to make the process less stressful. I could always trust Simone to act in my best interest. Her advice on the sale and my next purchase was invaluable. I will always be grateful. I highly recommend Simone and Joseph. Thank you both so much.

With COVID restrictions ruining our plans for a conventional auction and open house we were very anxious about our sale. Belle managed to quickly adapt to not only an online auction but then some very proactive negotiating in a tough market to get a sale price we were happy with. Highly recommend Rob and his team at Belle.

We always felt confident that Rob and his team had the market knowledge, experience, passion and commitment to get us the best price for our house. This is the second house Rob has sold for us, and the first house sale was just as successful. We would highly recommend Rob - a true professional!

Michael sold our flat in Stanmore during a tricky time of market change. It is one thing to be able to sell when the market is high and buoyant, another thing to judge a changing situation and adapt quickly which is what Michael did. Always unflappable, Michael has a calm and consistent manner that gets the deal done. We are thrilled with the result and cannot thank him enough. The whole team at Belle did an incredible job presenting our property and giving us solid advice.

Simone got us an amazing result in very challenging market conditions. Having her on our team as we navigated the ever changing world caused by a global pandemic is something we will always be grateful for. Her warm, calm, transparent, above-and-beyond personality traits - coupled with her in-depth market knowledge and instincts for social media marketing, gave us the edge we needed and a result we are very happy with. Highly Recommended!

Belle Property Annandale is the most trusted team of agents selling in the Inner West. We've purchased and sold with Michael and Robert and could not fault either experience. During the sale of our property, the team project managed the entire process (including styling, cleaning and trades), giving us total peace of mind. The team were professional, friendly and communicated every single step of the way. We trusted every recommendation they made and their sales strategy delivered us an incredible result in this uncertain time. Big thanks to Michael, Robert and the whole team at Belle Annandale.

We bought our home with Belle Property about 2 1/2 years ago with Michael and Robert, that was a really great experience. When we got to the time to sell, Michael was the first person we thought of, and he did not disappoint. Michael and his team made sure our home presented beautifully, kept us up-to-date during the whole process, and we walked away very happy after an online auction - to sell in a challenging climate, and for us all to be happy - that is quite impressive. Michael showed a genuine care in his work and for us as clients, and I have no hesitation in recommending Michael again and also reaching out to him on my next property purchase or sale.

I recently worked with Michael & the team at Belle for the sale of my property. I couldn’t be happier with having chosen them. Michael provided a sense of calm during a stressful time. He was always happy to answer any of my questions or help us out with all that we needed to do to prep for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend Michael & the team at Belle if you want a great result with your sale.

We were lucky enough to work with Rob & his team recently on the sale of our property. From the first introduction meeting when it was not confirmed he would have our property, Rob was open with advice and freely offering assistance with no pressure to list with him. His desire to just simply achieve the best for us shone through. Rob & his team managed all elements for us with nothing ever being a problem and kept us in the loop at all stages on progress. Rob’s experience and expert negotiation skills ensured an amazing result at a time where so much uncertainty was creeping into the market. Thank you again Rob & Team for a truly great result!
