The local market knowledge of the Belle team was excellent, resulting in timely advice and recommendations on price, marketing program and, ultimately, the auction itself. The regular updates on how the campaign was progressing (including the detailed knowledge about the ongoing status of each of the potential bidders) were greatly appreciated. No suggested improvements - very happy with the service from Rob and the team. Sale price was a little below expectations, but that wasn't the fault of Rob or the Belle team (follow-ups and knowledge of prospective buyers was excellent) - it was just the market on the day.
