I would definitely recommend Michael to potential sellers and would use he and belle again with out a question. We live overseas so were reliant on Michael and the team from belle to manage every aspect of our sale from styling through to painting and small renovations. Rob and the Belle team were great to deal with on our sale. The local market knowledge of the Belle team was excellent, resulting in timely advice and recommendations on price, marketing program and, ultimately, the auction itself. The regular updates on how the campaign was progressing (including the detailed knowledge about the ongoing status of each of the potential bidders) were greatly appreciated. No suggested improvements - very happy with the service from Rob and the team. Sale price was a little below expectations, but that wasn't the fault of Rob or the Belle team (follow-ups and knowledge of prospective buyers was excellent) - it was just the market on the day.

Our initial hunch was right as Rob was a very honest, straight shooter who did not at any point, play games with us as has happened to people around us with their real estate agents. The whole Belle team including Rob, the copywriter and photographer were all wonderful to deal with, we were happy down to every last detail with Belle. We also found that Rob especially went above and beyond to try to meet our expectations on price. We would definitely recommend Belle Annandale, in fact we already have!
