We had a fantastic experience selling our house with Simone and her colleagues at Belle. She went out of her way to make sure the whole process went smoothly, was amazingly organised, a great communicator, and just really pleasant to work with! We would highly recommend her, with no hesitation.

Michael did a great job for us. He planned the campaign, kept us informed, and importantly was understanding about our indoor cat. He provided great advice about how to present the property and what we needed to do. We got a great result and Michael was crucial. If you are looking for a smart, strategic and decent person to sell your property you won't go wrong with Michael.

Rebecca showed enthusiasm and professionalism in the manner in which she dealt with us and marketed our property. It was a challenging sale because of strata issues and she had to negotiate these problems in how she presented the property. From the outset she was proactive and responsive to our requirements and project managed the refurbishment etc requiring little involvement by us. The sale price met our expectations and based on our experience, we would be happy to recommend Rebecca to any prospective vendor. We would certainly engage her again to market other properties.

My husband and I just sold with Rob and the team. Aside from being very happy with the end sale price, we've been delighted with the level of service throughout the process. Rob is highly professional, very personable and a refreshingly straight talking agent. He knows the area inside and out. His level of communication over the 6 week process was exceptional. We were well informed on all elements of the campaign and interested parties. Rob gets that buying and selling is emotional business and the challenges of selling a home whilst you're living in it with 2 small kids. Private viewing at witching hour are not convenient! we managed to balance our needs with the interest parties'. Lastly, I met with a few agents before making my decision and I feel Belle gave a very realistic valuation of the property, based on the market at that time. They didn't over quite to win the business, which I feel some agents do. Given our recent experience, I would highly recommend Rob and the team.

Great team had some trying weather conditions but this did not detract their professionalism

My Wife and I have been totally blown away by the professionalism of Simone and Genevieve right from the very beginning. Genevieve made a point of staying in contact with me from a previous inspection of another property and urged me to come along to this property as it would suit the growing needs of my family. Thank you Genevieve without you I would not have even inspected my new home!!!!! Simone ensured my offer was immediately put to the Vendors that night and worked tirelessly through the night to ensure my offer was accepted. That VERY night I made the offer Simone secured our house!!!! Simone's negotiation skills were second to none and I could not have been more impressed with her service!!! Simone you were brilliant and your knowledge and expertise just amazed me!!!! I have been telling all my family and friends about these brilliant ladies!!! How lucky are we to have found such extraordinary, talented and professional agents!!!

We would highly recommend Michael as a Real Estate agent. He was great to work with, came across very genuine and was a great communicator. We felt very comfortable with him and this continued through the selling process. He was also able to secure us the best marketing and we believe he got us the best sale price on the day of auction.

Simone worked very hard to get the best result for the sale of my house. Her regular communications where much appreciated, also her assurance that the house would sell above my expectations. Simone helped to make the entire process as stressless as possible.

Robert Clarke did an excellent job selling our house for us. He carefully talked us through strategy and decision making processes, made very sensible suggestions and did not pressure us at any stage. His timing, his planning and his dealings with us and the prospective purchasers was excellent. He provided very good feedback during the weeks leading to the auction and showed his remarkable negotiation skills before the auction -- with the result that we sold prior to auction with a very good deal.
