Michael sold my property at 1/191 Liverpool Rd, Burwood and from day 1 he was helpful, engaged, committed and thorough to see through the sale to a successful completion (which it was). For part of the open for inspection and the auction I was overseas and Michael was available at all hours for any questions or concerns I had, he made sure the unit presented well and talked us through every step of process. He always had time to provide me with an update and answered every question I had (and there were a lot!). Moreover his knowledge of the market and careful negotiations with prospective buyers had us sell the property within our price range in favourable conditions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael - in fact I would go so far as to say if you are selling a property in the inner west you would be doing yourself a favour by giving Michael a call.

From our first meeting through to the hammer dropping at Auction, I cannot speak highly enough of Rob and his entire team at Belle Property Annandale. His local market knowledge is second to none and direct communication from him and Rebecca meant that there were never any surprises, I felt that the didn't just keep me in the loop, but i was part of the loop with them. The campaign ran extremely smoothly and we were able to achieve a result that I doubt would have been possible if not for Rob, Rebecca and the whole Belle Property Annandale team.
