Handled the entire process well and had our place looking great. Managed to get some great exposure for the property in the SMH smart buys guide. Unfortunately with a large number of interested parties this did not equate to the price we were after on the day of the auction.

Rob went far beyond the duties as a real estate agent in helping my family and I transition into our new home. He is proactive, fast to action, always available, reliable and most of all fun to work with. I highly recommend Rob's services.

Simone's confidence in her role gave us confidence and helped ease us through the process of selling our first home. She was informative and on top of the market throughout so it felt like we were always ahead of the game. We are thrilled with the result and would recommend her and the Belle team to anyone thinking of selling.

We sold two houses in Leichhardt in the past year. One through McGrath and one with Simone Azzi. If we had our time over we would have asked Simone to sell both. Simone is truly amazing at what she does. Selling a house is always stressful no matter how prepared you are but Simone made it easy for us. She was a calm and steady hand at all times and we were instilled with great confidence in her recommendations. We needed to renovate the property to be ready for sale in just one week. Simone personally arranged suppliers, got quotes, project managed the renovations and expertly guided us in what to do so we didn’t over-capitalise. Throughout the process it felt like she treated the property as her own. Everything was done to the highest level of care and she worked really hard to leave nothing to chance notwithstanding what seemed like an impossible deadline at the time. To top it off, she achieved a fantastic price meeting our highest hopes, a day prior to going to market. We were so thrilled! We couldn’t have achieved any of this without her help. We can’t recommend Simone highly enough.

Simone recently sold our two bedroom semi in Annandale. She is extremely organised and professional and was able to provide us with advise throughout the selling process, from organising trades and styling to pricing ensuring that we attracted as many buyers as possible. She is an excellent communicator and kept us informed regarding feedback and followed up on all contract holders personally. Her knowledge of the selling and exchange process was invaluable to us. A big thank you to Simone and her team at Belle Property Annandale!
