Throughout our whole experience with Belle, Michael was a key contact on a day to day basis. He was always on time for each appointment and nothing was ever too much trouble if anything popped up. We felt completely at ease as Michael kept us up to date ensuring there were no surprises. Nothing was ever oversold to us (which I was waiting for to be honest) and so at the end of the process we were 100% on the same page as to the expected result - Which was FANTASTIC. It was a pleasure to deal with him and we honestly felt he gave us his all in promoting our property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Michael to any future vendors. I was one of those people that thought - Does an agent really earn all that commission? - I can honestly say after our dealing with Rob and his colleagues they truly did earn their $$, and I felt that we received true value for money.
