Belle Property agents were 100% professional, and easy to work with. I was given current, accurate advice about the state of the market, and the price I was likely to obtain. The Open for Inspections were run effectively and the marketing was quickly turned around, looked clean and emphasised the benefits of both location and the features / benefits of the property. I was most impressed with Andrew's negotiating skills with the buyer, and the strategy in place to ensure the buyer reached my minimum figure for selling. I would happily work with Andrew, Michel and Belle Property again.
