We have had a long relationship with Wally. We first met him through his farther Andrew and kept in touch for may years. We have always valued Wally as a real estate agent as he is honest, upfront and very easy to work with. We have had many real estate agents in through the years on the premise they will assist us making some key decisions in the renovation of our home. Hi, Wally Summons and Charmayne Dulley worked very hard to sell my stratum apartment in Toorak. The increased deposit that banks require on stratum apartments was an impediment for first home buyers. The follow up on people who had inspected the apartment was amazing. Even on the day of auction phoning potential buyers who said they would be attending and delaying auction for. few minutes until they arrived.
