Lauchlan is an excellent Sales Agent. Very professional and knowledgeable of the market and the auction and private sales process. He organized the 4 week campaign very well with his team including staging, photos, marketing materials and the online listing. He sent me daily updates on all showings and discussed all the potential buyers so I knew how campaign was progressing. Throughout the campaign we made key decisions to ensure maximum prospects despite a slow property market. He’s very personable and always responsive. In the end we were able to get a private sale prior to the auction date and Lauchlan skillfully negotiated a deal with 2 interested parties. Given the state of the property market for luxury apartments, I believe we achieved a satisfactory sales price. I highly recommend Laughlan Waterfield at Belle Property Armadale.
