Andrew was ‘second to none’ as an Agent. I signed with complete confidence that my Sale would be professional and as easy as possible. All the rates and advertising were fare and reasonable on every front. Andrew is totally trustworthy and a good and motivated person. He and Michel worked tirelessly for us even though my property was only a Unit at the lower end of the market in the area. Their estimation of what price I would get was almost exact but they stretched it above this during commendable negotiations when only one true bidder attended the auction. Charmayne from the same office was also instrumental in getting me to the auction in the first place and staying in contact with an active purchaser.
