Very professional and personable.
Brooke and her team are professional and have great market knowledge and experience, and were all lovely. I find the Belle Property group agents have been the most honest and transparent agents I have dealt with, while buying, and I appreciated that.

Excellent experience
Brooke was professional and didn't waist any time setting out the campaign. She understood who the buyers would be and drew on strong local knowledge of the area, property type and large database. Brooke helped facilitate complex negotiations with Body corp and solicitors, buyers and trades. Last but not least she negotiated up to a price that by far exceeded my expectations.

Excellent Off-Market Sale
I spoke to several agents before deciding to list with Loretta. We discussed starting the campaign off-market to her database and see what the response was. Within the first week Loretta was able to get 3 strong offers, all at the upper end of my expectations. When the offer we went with dropped out at the last minute she had 2 more higher offers within a weekend. I highly recommend selling with Loretta, she is very responsive and gets the job done.
