We are selling this Brisbane apartment based in Perth/ Melbourne and can not do what other people are able to do locally. Loretta guided us in every single step and provided as much assistance as possible along the way. We were 100% informed and clear about the procedure and what to do.To be fair, we are not green in buying and selling real estate, but we were still quite nervous and unsure and worried about the whole process, especially since we couldn't attend any meeting from a far distance.She answered our phone calls, emails and even communicated with us consistently in her break and after business hours. She sent us a regular update and data report in each selling phase, such as RP data, property appraisal and listing report and provided updates after each home open. At the end, we achieved the sale and she also assisted the buyer to get on their perfect property in a booming market as well. I personally think all parties have successfully achieved their goals and are able to move on in life to do the best that they want to do. It's a shame for us not to have another property to sell in Brisbane again. Please talk to her and consider engaging a top agent for selling or buying your properties for your maximum returns!
