Best Agent in town!
After searching for a property for over a year, we were so pleased to finally purchase one through Loretta. From beginning to end Loretta was constantly in contact, keeping us up to date on the process, advising us & answering any questions we had. She took the nervousness out of purchasing a property, and really supported us with our property goals. We know for certain we will use Loretta for any future property needs. 10/10 service!

Fast, efficient and friendly
Loretta knows the market in this area very well and is well known. Our investment unit was under offer within a couple of weeks from being on the market. She has excellent communication skills and is a very friendly & easy person to deal with.

Brooke is exceptional!
Brooke's professionalism and knowledge of the current climate is more than outstanding, it's exceptional! She's an excellent communicator, she liaised between myself and the Seller with enthusiasm and polish, she negotiated the absolute best outcome for both parties. Brooke made the whole buying process dead easy for me. Brooke went above and beyond, no request was too much, big and small. Professional, friendly, experienced, realistic
I first met Brooke at an open house I attended that had attracted many more people than I anticipated it would. I was just in the looking phase and not quite ready to buy yet. Although there was a constant flow of people, she made the time to connect with me and find out where in my buying journey I was and what kind of property I was after. Months later she had kept me in mind and let me know of a property that fit what I wanted and was about to come on the market, it is now our new home! I found her knowledge of properties in the area and about what the market is doing on a very local level to be excellent. What I appreciated most is her realistic and honest assessments and opinions. I've had other agents lead me on just to get an offer out of me that clearly was not what their buyer was looking for. Regarding our new house, we are very happy with our purchase and I believe the seller was over the moon with the speed, smoothness of sale and price achieved Brooke and her team. Great Result achieved!
Brooke sold my property recently and from the start was transparent, had excellent advice on how to approach the sale, great communication and her negotiation on my behalf with prospective buyers was exceptional.
