We chose Loretta based on her fabulous reviews, and we were glad we did for one simple reason: Loretta truly does go “above and beyond”. First of all, Loretta provided valuable advice on what we needed to do to get the apartment “sale-ready”. We took notes on her recommendations on how to best present the apartment. Her advice proved absolutely spot on, from recommendations on carpet and paint to styling. The apartment never looked better, which explains why it sold fast! Loretta could be a stylist if she ever gave up real estate. Second, Loretta is very knowledgeable about where your property fits in comparison to others in the local market. Her property description carefully highlighted those aspects which made the property stand out in comparison to similar options. Well done, Loretta! Third, Loretta has a great list of contacts if you have forgotten to do the obvious, like lining up a reasonably-priced conveyancer. Phew! Thanks, Loretta! We just loved working with Loretta. She has a way of making you feel your concerns are heard and is very patient and understanding. 10/10 and would work with her again in a heart beat!!
