Brooke and Tracey made the process of purchasing a property so easy.
Both Brooke and Tracey are so friendly and approachable and easy to talk to. They always returned calls and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them both.

A record promised, a record delivered
An interstate re-location meant that we were faced with the decision to unexpectedly sell our newly built family home. Brooke's initial analysis and price guidance meant that we would be looking for a record sale for our land size in our suburb, which ultimately lead to the decision of selling our home. Brooke took the time to go through every detail of our campaign and all of the 'what if questions', which meant that we weren't faced with any surprises throughout the campaign. Although we were unsuccessful at auction, the campaign was stress free from start to finish. We were presented with a number of offers throughout the campaign that didn't quite hit the mark, and we were not pressured to reduce or compromise on our price target. Needless to say, Brooke obtained the record price that was provided in her initial guidance. Brooke and her team were extremely kind hearted, supportive and caring throughout the entire process, particularly in the critical hours surrounding open homes and the auction. This made our experience very positive, while we came to terms with our decision to sell our home. Her communication was second to none and clearly, her negotiation and marketing skills are exceptional. Following out last set of property sales with Brooke, we were so impressed and said in our review that we would use her again. We did, and we certainly were not disappointed.

Smooth Transaction
Brooke is clearly a passionate agent and this is demonstrated in all aspects of her work. Her communication is kind, clear and ALWAYS prompt. Brooke's sympathetic and understanding nature was paramount during this transaction, as the settlement date extended further than we originally anticipated as the development progressed. Her negotiation skills are supreme and her ability to communicate with our legal team made the process extremely smooth. The sales process was clearly described to us at the start of our campaign and we were not forced to make any difficult decisions as we were fully aware of the entire process from the start. We highly recommend Brooke and will definitely be using her for our future property sales.

Brooke is clearly a passionate agent and this is demonstrated in all aspects of her work. Her communication is kind, clear and ALWAYS prompt. Brooke has a very understanding nature and is clearly experienced in dealing with development type transactions. The sales process was clearly described to us at the start of our campaign and we were not forced to make any difficult decisions as we were fully aware of the entire process from the start. Most importantly from a seller's perspective, Brooke delivered a sale price that aligned with the price guidance provided at the start of our campaign. The price guidance was presented in an exceptionally professional format and was clearly evidence based. We were not asked to change our sales expectation throughout the campaign which allowed us to build a very trustworthy relationship with Brooke. We highly recommend Brooke and will definitely be using her for our future property sales.

I could not recommend both Brooke and Tracy high enough for their support and professionalism
I would highly recommend Belle Property if you are looking to sell your home. I am certain that the result we received on auction day was due to the marketing of my mother’s property.
