Very happy vendor
The outcome of our auction through Alexkarbon exceeded our expectations — we were thrilled with the result. Throughout the process we were in regular communication with Charles and his team and felt as though we were being an accurate assessment how the campaign was proceeding. On the day of the auction five agents were present. The strategy we’d been outlined went exactly to plan with the final result being significantly above our reserve. Great Agent
Alex and Charles ran an excellent campaign that resulted an excellent price for our home. We strongly believed their expertise, friendliness and sincerity were the driving factors of our successful sale.
