Greg and his team were nothing but professional, friendly and accomodating as they helped us to complete the purchase of our new home from the amazing vendors. Attention to detail during the negotiation, legals and helping both sides interact to complete the purchase, we had a fantastic experience with Greg, Claudette and their team. Not looking to move from our forever home, but can recommend buying from Greg and his team.

Greg was very open and honest while our property was on the market. As Greg is the Principal of Belle Property Avalon Beach, he ensured that his agent, Alex, was our main point of contact but at all times supported Alex at all open houses. Greg made a point of keeping me in the loop, in addition to Alex, on key items including market feedback and any change to our selling strategy. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Veronica is nothing short of amazing. Personable, passionate and understands the journey as a seller what our expectations are and exceeded them. My husband and I have never questioned the process, the recommendations of the sales/marketing program presented to us by Veronica and delivered. Back on the market and sold our stunning home within 10 days - to someone who really loves it as much as we do. Great outcome for all of us. Not sure of who to go to for your home needs - Veronica hands down!

Greg and Claudette were extremely professional and knowledgeable from start to finish in the process of selling our property. We were updated during the entire campaign and got an amazing result during a falling market. Would highly recommend and use again.

In the sale of our property in Watkins Road we were extremely pleased with the effort, the communication and the obvious professionalism of Veronica and Brynn throughout the campaign. We were drawn to Belle because of the traction that Veronica has in the North Avalon pocket - having now completed our Sale in arguably a difficult market environment we definitely understand what that traction is founded upon. Hard work, constant client engagement and diligent buyer management.

Appreciate the expertise from Greg & Dylan from Belle Property (& everyone else they recommended) in the sale of my house from getting the house ready through to the handling of the sale!
