From our first meeting with Greg we were very impressed with his knowledge of our local area and his team’s experience to support us through the sale. His ability to communicate with us and explain the sales process he would use made us confident he was the appropriate agent for us. His guidance made it so easy for us to present the house to the best advantage to sell. Greg also kept in close contact with us the whole time and nothing we asked was too much trouble. We had a property in Avalon Avalon is a niche market you need to want to live in Avalon or palm beach to communicate around the bilgola bends It’s a quiet area Greg and Georgia were great we received pretty much inline with what we wanted and for the area it was a good price we just had to wait for that buyer sold with in under 30 days
