We have had a great experience with Belle Property and our purchase. Honest and upfront through the process. We looked at a couple of Belle listed properties and have always had a great experience. Would like to extend our many thanks to Mark, Tanesha and Daniel and the rest of Belle Property team in facilitating our new home!

The entire experience with Belle from the initial evaluation, to the marketing strategy, styling and execution right through to the final sale was an absolute pleasure and beyond anything I had experienced before in all previous property sales with other agents. The team were professional, accommodating and always available with excellent communication. A truly first class experience with Greg and his team.

Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication have always made the process smooth and stress-free. Greg and his team are incredibly helpful, experienced, friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. Their communication and guidance throughout every transaction have been outstanding, and we have always felt confident knowing we were in such capable hands. The agent, Chyna, in particular was fantastic. She was very helpful, open to negotiate and very patient. She genuinely seemed to have the vendor and the buyer’s best interest, which is rare.

We purchased our home through Alex at Belle Property Avalon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. As buyers from out of the area, we really valued Alex’s local knowledge. He was generous with his insights and helped us feel confident in our decision. Alex was professional, responsive and clear in his communication throughout. What really stood out was Alex’s integrity and balanced approach. He was transparent, fair, and genuinely committed to ensuring a positive outcome for both buyer and seller. We never felt pressured, just guided by someone who clearly understands the market and values long term relationships over quick transactions. We’d highly recommend Alex and Belle Property to anyone looking to buy or sell.
