The active selling time was really only 7 days after some activity was lost because of restricted days after a covid scare. Greg and Alex kept us posted along the way, and after 6 days we met to discuss the buyers and learnt about a strong short list of active qualified buyers; on the seventh day, after a brief consultation with us, a buyer emerged and a deal was done. The price obtained was a little higher than expected; I think that the Belle team absolutely optimised the market's potential. We were very happy with everything that the Belle team did for out sale, before, during and after the exchange of contracts.

They put together a simple and cost saving package as against the full blown up program as recommended by one of your competitors .
