Belle was chosen based on previous knowledge and interaction with Greg Griffin. Alex Schreiber was our key contact and was most knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all respects, as were all of the Belle team who were professional and responsive. The active selling time was really only 7 days after some activity was lost because of restricted days after a covid scare. Greg and Alex kept us posted along the way, and after 6 days we met to discuss the buyers and learnt about a strong short list of active qualified buyers; on the seventh day, after a brief consultation with us, a buyer emerged and a deal was done. The price obtained was a little higher than expected; I think that the Belle team absolutely optimised the market's potential. We were very happy with everything that the Belle team did for out sale, before, during and after the exchange of contracts.

Mark and Chyna were outstanding in putting together this sale . They were most professional , knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with . They put together a simple and cost saving package as against the full blown up program as recommended by one of your competitors . Recommendations for selected conveyancing and building inspection / report were most favourable to us and subsequently made for an easy process on our part . They were most competent in putting together all detail and process which in turn minimised the need for our involvement and no doubt frustration .
