Lynsey and her dream team of herself, Keren and Rebecca not only achieved a great result for us, 15%, above reserve, and 40% above guidance, provided well before the campaign started. This result was achieved, not only by an unexpectedly hot market, even since advice was provided by Lynsey before listing, let alone before, but by renovation and styling as advised by the dream team. My husband was somewhat sceptical about this advice, but we adopted it to the letter, and the result speaks for itself. Lynsey and her great well-oiled machine team of Keren and Rebecca, were critical in not only setting up and running the campaign, but helping to prepare the property for sale, a process of renovating and styling that took months. We didn't know how to do this, in quick order, and given we were moving to Melbourne at the same time, in the face of lockdowns and border closures, and talk of rising interest rates it could have been a much more difficult process. But Lynsey and her team helped us get through this. We took their advice (except as to setting of reserve) the whole way long and obtained a price 15 % above reserve. Great job team!
