Monique Dower is a true professional, always prepared to accommodate us, even if we requested an early morning meeting. She was acutely aware of the market ( this differentiated her from one of the other agents we interviewed. ) At no stage did she give false estimations of price. Indeed, her estimation of the final sale price was very close to the mark. This is in a market where agents tend to over- estimate prices to attract customers. She always followed up promptly after open house visits and was happy to respond to our concerns and questions via phone, text or in person.
