Belinda is a local and knows Beecroft and surrounding suburbs very well. She had her finger on the pulse of the market and uses that knowledge to get the best price for her vendors. She is part of a great team in the Belle Beecroft office. We were provided with tremendous support regarding marketing, styling and landscaping that ultimately ensured we got the best price possible. Nick helped us with the sale of our property, starting with talking us through his plan. We preferred to not use an auction, and Nick smoothly incorporated our wishes. Nick also recommended tradespeople and services. The property styling and presentation was excellent. Early in the campaign it became clear that conditions were good for an auction, and Nick switched to an auction. Nick kept us informed every step of the way. Our property sold 5 days after the first open, and we were very happy with the resulting price. Everyone at Belle Property Beecroft were easy and professional to deal with.
