Following discusions with 4 real estate businesses I selected Belle property and Belinda to act on our behalf. " Acting on our behalf" is an important concept as the vendor.. To often in sales marketing the issue is clouded and agents attempt to bring buyers and sellers together and end up acting for both. Clearly Belinda understood that she was engaged to act in my mothers interest to extract the highest market price available. The property was prepared under guidance to highlight the positive aspects, explain logically downfalls being age staidness sewer easements narrow block and how these issues could be delt with. Given her experience confidence was given to buyers. The period running up to the auction was extremely busy and we received accurate updates on seriouness of each buyer which allowed clear decisions on selling prior to auction at a margin that possibliy would not have been cleared at the auction. I would recomend Belinda as a professional well above the average in the realestate business in fact in the top percentile

Nick is an exceptional real estate agent. The Belle team, Nick and Belinda, are exceptional at communicating. I anticipated the sale would be quite a stressful period but Nick was supportive, proactive in securing leads, kept me informed on each opportunity (I never felt pressured by too much communication either) and suggested new strategies for success in the sale (one strategy which actually meant my house sold for much more than expected!).
