High Achiever
We interviewed 3 Agents before entrusting one with the sale of our home. It was important to us that we could establish a strong rapport with the chosen Agent, as at the end of the day, he or she is selling our home, not just selling bricks and mortar.
At our first meeting, Nick was exceptionally professional, but at the same time very personable. In no way arrogant, he displayed a level of confidence in himself, his knowledge of comparable properties, potential buyers and his ability to achieve a strong price. He has a very reassuring style.
During our sale campaign, the market was very sluggish, but Nick was always positive, always. It was never too much trouble for him to take a phone call, discuss a strategy or listen to our ideas, which he encouraged. There was a sense of partnership in the process.
Nick has the support of a very strong team, and it was obvious to us that his high standards of performance were respected and adopted by his team. They all love what they do.
We are very happy with the outcome, not only the price but the professional manner in which it was achieved. Selling a house is meant to be an emotionally taxing time, but Nick was able to take us on a journey that, despite the market challenges, was respectful, proactive, informative and successful.
