We chose Nick because of his reputation of integrity and his comparative performance as a local real estate agent. He and his team, especially Ashley and Laura were very thorough in their communication and counsel all throughout the sale process. They were able to provide contacts for tradespeople who at short notice were able to assist in the preparation of our home for sale. The marketing materials produced were very professional and appropriately targeted. We were scheduled to auction, but after 2 open houses, Nick was quickly able to sum up the mood of the potential buyers and recommended an appropriate strategy. My sister and I interviewed 4 local agents before deciding upon Nick Bedford from Belle Property Beecroft. And we’re so glad we did. Nick understood that selling our late parent’s home of 55 years was not only to get the best price for the 4 surviving siblings, but that it was an emotional experience for us to leave our family home with so many happy memories. There was not one moment where we regretted our decision. Nick and his team (especially Laura) went above and beyond what we expected. Times when I was there alone sorting the house pre-sale, Nick offered to help move heavy objects, would bring me coffee to keep me going - and sausage rolls for my dog Beau! They even dog-sat when I needed to go shopping!!!. Nick’s reputation preceded him. Many in the neighbourhood gave their unsolicited opinions of Nick - always in glowing terms. At one early request for an inspection, I commented how I was unhappy the cleaners hadn’t yet come in to do the large expanse of windows. No problem…Laura went and got cleaning equipment and Nick cleaned the windows himself! If we needed a well priced electrician, they would get one for us. When we needed one of the piano’s to be adopted, they put it on their website and it went to a lovely family. Nothing was a problem for them. Nick was always available at any time if we had any questions. His negotiations were always considered and fair. We never felt taken advantage of. Post-auction, his attention did not diminish as he helped us with details beyond an agent’s usual role. Personable, kind, thoughtful - but more importantly a good businessman with great local contacts, Nick was the perfect agent to represent our family home in a dignified manner. I thoroughly recommend Nick as an agent. From the first meeting to get a valuation of my house to the sale, he acted with honesty and integrity. Through the whole process he sort and listened to my interests and instructions and kept me informed. Nick is a very professional agent with an outstanding team. I was selling the house on behalf of my mother and found Nick's recommendations and advice invaluable. Selling my Late Mother's house was a sensitive issue for the family. Nick and I clicked from the first call - I did not feel overwhelmed but all my questions were well and patiently answered. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick and his team. Nick was reasonable and pragmatic over how much to spend and what to do get the house ready for sale. Our primary motivation for listing our property with Nick was confidence in his ability and integrity, and that of the Belle Property Beecroft team he leads. Achieving a sale at the best market price at auction was obviously important. We expected realistic guidance, and professional and engaging marketing. However, we also expected the process should be ethical and transparent, with honest representation and due respect afforded to prospective buyers. Our expectations were fully met in the lead up and on auction day. Ours hopes were fulfilled and we look forward to handing over our home to another family who will treasure it as we have.
