Mal is a very friendly, thoughtful, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely highly skilled real estate agent. He was great to deal with at all times, and a wonderful combination of relaxed and totally 'on the ball'! He is perceptive and a great communicator, which is exactly what you want as a seller, but also as a buyer.
