Mal is a breathe of fresh air. He breaks the mould in terms of what you would expect off an agent. He is completely down to earth, honest and realistic in pulling together a deal that works for all parties. Agents I have dealt with over my time buying and selling property have been good, bad and indifferent - Mal separates himself from even this assessment because he relates in a way that embodies true authenticity - and regardless of which side of the buying or selling fence one is sitting on, clients will always sense this and be drawn to it because intrinsically we all know it’s going to give the best chance to bring the best possible outcome. My recommendation is not necessarily go with Mal (as you should follow your own instincts always) - but do yourself at least the service of putting him on the list of agents to call and see if he is right for you. My feeling is, if you are after some of the qualities listed above, you will have trouble finding someone that offer more than what he can offer. Mal is definitely the agent I’d be using again and the agent I’d recommend to my family and friends.
