Second to none

Smooth Transaction
Within a few minutes of chatting to Mal he was able to show us a suitable house that was just right. It suited our needs and had a lovely feel. At first I thought the bidding process, to submit a bid on a certain day, was a pain, but actually it gave us time to do more research and make sure it was the house for us. We are delighted with our purchase.

Terrific Approach
We ran into Mal when we were looking to purchase originally over countless open for inspections. We liked his approach and felt he would be the one to sell our property. Mal kept in regular contact, giving good feedback from potential purchasers and we never had to chase for him feedback after each open for inspection. Very down to earth and professional.

Good service to buyer
Mal provided excellent and prompt service to us as the buyer. When he was unavailable he referred us to his other office staff who were abreast of the issues so provided a seamless service. As the buyer - Mal did talk up our offer price, with hindsight was a bit much that we offered.
