I am still in shock at the figure Mal achieved for my house in Rye, it well and truly exceeded my expectations. I met Mal a year ago and liked the sales process he uses which is Sale by End Date, similar to a private auction. When I decided I wanted to definitely sell I was already sold on the way Mal handles the sales process and used him for this reason. My house was only open for two Saturdays and sold a week later. Interested parties know that have to show their hand quickly if they want a property in today's market and this is exactly what happened, and a private auction over a couple of days ensued ending in an amazing result. Groups have time to think unlike a public auction which can be over in 5 minutes which is good for the potential purchasers and yet there is a deadline which brings competition which is what the vendor is looking for. A great sales process and Mal is definitely the Master!!
