We sold our parent's house in Blairgowrie that had been in the family for decades through Mal. The home held many memories which Mal recognised and respected. Mal and his team had minor suggestions that helped to support the family during this time to maximise the value and the campaign for sale. Mal's local expertise of the area was vital to the timing of the campaign. The family was blown away with the response to the property and in securing a sale. In a very difficult market place, Tim managed to sell our house in Blairgowrie. Difficult because this coastal town was caught up in the midst of COVID. Tim stayed on our case until it was sold.
