We first met Tim when we're looking to buy a.new home. He was very easy to work with and nothing was ever a problem while we were negotiating with a builder to work out details. When it came time to sell our present home we spoke to several other agents but decided to stay with Tim who recommended we sell by auction. However we made it clear that we were prepared to sell prior if the price was right. He negotiated with several interested buyers, kept us up to date with their offers and settled the deal for a price that exceeded our expectations. Tim Bradler is an agent you don't come across everyday. His carm but professional nature immediately makes the selling process much easier and less stressful. From the beginning Tim gave us a very realistic opinion on the market and prices. Never overstated the price to win the job and was on the money with his estimate. He kept us informed thru out the process and a was very approachable and always on time. As an auctioneer he was a gem.
