Overall, Kim has been great. As a first homebuyer though, the process felt a bit pushy/rushed at times. I received a detailed document outlining 'the buying process' from another agent (which I unfortunately forgot about until the process was all but done) which I think is a fantastic thing to hand out to anyone who wants it to guide people through the process so they know what they can expect and what's expected of them and when. Might be something for Belle to consider doing.
